UNABLE TO RECORD, SAVE, AND EXPORT VIDEO CLIPS VIA IPHONE AND/OR IPAD

Hi,

I recently purchased and installed Blue Iris 5 on my Windows PC. I also purchased and installed the Blue Iris App on my IPhone 10 and IPad Pro.

While I have been able to take camera snapshots via the Blue Iris App on my IPhone 10 and/or IPad Pro, I have not been able to find a way to record, save, and export video clips.

When I click on the filmstrip icon (under the camera live feed), it turns red and there is a red recording dot present above the image. When I click the filmstrip icon again, it turns off the recording. From there, I have discovered that I can go to the calendar to see the recording. If I hold down the video clip, I’m presented with the option to “Export” but when I click it nothing appears to happen. From that point, I can’t find where the video clip is being saved. I’ve searched my IPhone 10 and IPad Pro photos and video area to no avail.

Can someone school me on how to record, save, and export video clips via my IPhone and/or IPad?
