Zone Override Not Working

Using version 5.0.6.11 x64 of the software.

I cannot get the PTZ/Control>Edit Presets>Presets>Override motion zones to work properly. The detection defaults to the zone defined on the Trigger tab, no matter what I see to do.

On the Trigger tab, I have ticked "Motion sensor" and configured "Object detection". I also have it "Black-out masked areas". "Use zones and hot spot" is ticket. I went so far as to edit the Zone A defined here to include NO pixels, at which point the entire live display is black.

In PTZ/Control>Edit Presets>Presets I have several Presets defined. For each of these, I tick the box to Override motion zones and then I define the zone. The masking is applied to the live camera image during this process. But once I save the changes, it is once again the global default zones that are applied.

Am thinking this is a bug, but could I be doing something wrong here?

I've just tested this with BI v 5.0.6.11. All seems fine.

The obly difference I can see between my settings and yours is I have 'Call preset in addition to...' checked.
Other than that, I have no idea.

I've tried it with and without "Call present in addition to" and it still defaults to the global mask. Thanks for trying!

Have you send BI Support a email?

Unless you can get a resolution to this, I would...
1. Backup your BI settings & save them someplace.
2. Uninstall & delete ALL settings.
3. reinstall & reenter your licence.
4. Manually setup a few of your cameras and see if the same thing happens. If it does, just import the BI.reg file you exported & saved, and you'll be back to where you were before.

I think i found the problem, in my case when ever you call the preset again, the motion triangles disappear so afterwards i unchecked "suspend motion detection' and put the resume shedule after inactivity to 0 and called the preset again for the last time, now it works
