Focus on Movement

Is there a way that you have your layout and when there is motion detected that the focus goes to that camera and maximize the window
I think so, though I have not used it.
Check the cameras Trigger menu. There are some interesting options... 'Move camera groups', 'Restore/Focus all window'.
