V5.0.4.7 Update Won't Run

I updated to 5.0.4.7 and it would not run. I tried deleting BI and reinstalling but kept getting the same error ( file was missing). I get operational, I deleted the app and installed an earlier version I had 5.0.0.54 on my hard drive.

Thanks. The key was downloading the full program to install. When I deleted the program, I selected the option to not delete the registry entries. Did this process on both the Win 10 and Win 7 systems I support. Back in business. Installed 5.0.4.8 update today with no problem.
