Issue with installing BlueIris 5

Hello,
I downloaded version 5. Installed it, can’t open it cause of version 4 running. Ending the v4 task and opening v5 will trigger the service from v4. Ok, uninstalled v4. Opened v5 and after starting it says you can now uninstall v4 ..... anyway, tried to load my saved settings from v4 ... now v5 does not start anymore. Any suggestions to solve this problem?

Have you checked that all of the old folders from BI 4 are removed, not sure if this will be an issue or not.
