panic?

Post by pootug »

Why do lots of my recordings get named "panic." Instead of people or car .
Very strange I have never seen this before, it's been running great for the last year or so.
Cheers

- What version of CP are you running?
- What version of BI are you running?

What TimG said... screen captures...
- Alerts list
- AI settings... BI AI settings and Camera AI settings.

1. Since you have "Save AI analysis details" checked, you have DAT files available. Hold Ctrl, and double click the video with "panic". Is there anything in the DAT file ?
2. Next I would suggest looking at the Log file to see if it occurs there. Saving Log to txt file would be best.
3. Could it be a Macro called "panic" ? Have a look through those settings.
4. Don't panic

Another thought. I have some cameras sending ONVIF commands that BI5 can read and use. Is it possible you have an ONVIF panic trigger from that camera ?

Yes, that's what I was thinking, as I have had similar things from my ONVIF triggers. I would change "panic" to "Don't panic" to calm your blood pressure over the holidays
