Hello,

I am not receiving push notification on one of my 2 android phones. One Phone gets alerts and the settings on both Phones and Users are the same as far as I can see.
The Logs show alerts being sent to the one phone but not the other. (I'm not sure how the logs work if it is confirmation from the phone or if BI is not sending alerts to the other phone.)
Anyone have any ideas?

Things that I have changed recently:
New phone (Samsung S21)
Added Deepstacks
Updated to newest version of BI after a year on hiatus.

Are both the phones present under "Mobile Devices" in general settings?

Both phones are present in mobile devices with the push button checked.
I can access BI from the phone that doesn't get notifications on WiFi and remotely.

Follow up: Deleting and reinstalling the mobile software fixed the problem.
The log in BI didn't show notifications being pushed to the phone, but the log file did show push attempts. Weird.
