Just tried to update two of my sites to 5.4.7.1 and it seems to be stuck in some sort of update loop. It downloads and installs the update, but then when the console restarts it says there is an update available to 5.4.7.1 and it does the update again. Anyone else seeing this or is this something unique to my installs?

Problem actually seems to be 5.4.7.1 update is not installing because after installation of 5.4.7.1 it starts back up as 5.4.7.0 and informs you that 5.4.7.1 is available. Maybe the version check code has a problem and it is not recognizing the .1 update has been applied?

Getting the same thing.

Reverted back to 5.4.6.3. I'm sure BI will get this resolved asap.

I'm getting the same update loop this morning. After a few times, I was able to hit the cancel button on the download window.

I changed settings to stop automatically applying updates and emailed support.

Yup - this is why I do not run any of my installations with auto updates. It is a nice feature to have, but can create some headaches if you are supporting multiple sites.

I just updated from 5.4.6.3 to 5.4.7.1 with no issues. No auto updates here either !

Whatever it was, it appears to have been fixed as I just tried the same two BI instances it failed on earlier this morning and they updated fine now to 5.4.7.1.
