Hi,

when updating from 5.4.3.10 to 5.4.3.11, the Upgrade does not seem to really start. I am getting this message:
App: Update failed: 80000194 (0).
Reboot does not solve the issue. Anybody else?

Thanks :)

Same for me. Immediate message in the log (nothing popped up) matching what you said.

Guess I'll stick with 5.4.3.10 for the moment!

Wow, on a dark background that is VERY hard to read

I also think there was an issue with the download server. It's working just fine now. I think we were just a little TOO proactive in checking for updates.

I feel so out of touch with 5.4.3.9

But it's the weekend, so I can play :D

For all those that are not sure:

1. You are best to set BI5 not to automatically update. Do it when you have time to fix it.
2. The pop up screen with the new version is where you tick at the bottom to save the download file, and even the existing exe if you want. I just keep the download files "Retain a copy of the update package" so I can simply double click them to revert to a previous version. They are not controlled, so you do have to go and delete the oldest ones occasionally (from C:\Program Files\Blue Iris 5\Updates in my case).

FWIW: I just updated one server from 54309 to 54311 with no issues. Checking second server and 54309 to 54311 OK too
