Clips List flickering

First post, be kind

In the past few days/week the "All Clips" window has started flickering every 10 - 30 seconds or so, sometimes less sometimes slightly longer. It sort of blanks out and then re-appears in like half a second (blink and you miss it!).

I'd barely noticed it initially but now its become really annoying and distracting. I presume its due to an update perhaps, definately didn't happen before. Anybody else seeing this?

Ok, I reverted back to version 5.3.6.7 x64 (16/12/20).........the flickering has now disappeared so one of the updates after that time must have the culprit.
