UI3 performance in BI5

Can anyone point me in the right direction to increase performance when viewing BI5 through web interface? I can remotely view through the phone app and it works great. I would expect a laptop running chrome to view would be better than the phone app, but there are extremely long load times and really makes it unusable.

By the "web interface", do you mean UI3 ? If so you can reduce the resolution being shown by clicking on the cog wheel at the bottom right hand side. It doesn't affect recording, and you can always increase it if you need to see something. I have it set to 720p, and everything looks fine.
