Hello All!

Hope you can assist me with this one. I manually turned off / silenced my alerts for the BI app only (on Android). When I turned the alerts back on, now I get a white screen where the image of the alert used to load. I have uninstalled the app fully, cleared app cache, turned off HTTPS on my server, changed DDNS services on my server, upgrade BI to the newest version (on server), turned off the rich alerts on the alert settings and then back on (on server).

Nothing was changed on the server when this started. Just the manual notification mute for the BI app only.

Any ideas are appreciated.

I'm interested in a solution and/or the config that gets this to work because I've NEVER been able to get an image in my Android notifications (and not using IOS to compare).
