BI web server issues with Zonealarm and Win 10 updates

With a recent update of Zonealarm Extreme along with the Windows 10 2004 update, suffered a complete loss of functionality of the BI web server. I was unable to get to the login screen at all. Once I added my router's IP address (specifically) to the "trusted zone" in Zonealarm's firewall I was able to log in from my local LAN.. However, I later found out that I could not log in if I attempted it from anywhere but a device on my own LAN. I had to allow IP (inbound and outbound) packets on the specific ports used by the BI web server on my PC that BI run on in the Zonaealarm firewall too for external communications to be restored.

Every time Windows pushes an update, my BI crashes....always has! Even though I have Windows set not to update automatically, just the popup notification that an update is available crashes the whole thing!
