iOS Rich Notification Broken with Latest Updates

Hi All,
I updated the iPhone app to the latest version and was warned that I also needed to update BI on my PC. I'm on the latest version on the PC as well.
Unfortunately, I'm no longer receiving the "rich notification" with the 10 second animated GIF. I get a notification, but no image.
Any thoughts on how to fix this? Do I need to disable and re-enable notifications or something along those lines?
