Need help with BI 5 archiving

I have an odd problem. Currently, my BI new video clips are being stored locally and my storage is a Synology DS418 NAS. The videos files have not been moving to the NAS and my local drive is getting filled up. The odd thing is that sometimes when I watch the storage folder on the NAS I see the BI video files show up briefly then disappear. I've attached screen shots of my setup. Any idea how I can fix this problem?
