Problem with UI3 since updating to BI 5.3.2.6 (9/7/2020)

I installed the update this morning. UI3 now showing repeating yellow notification popups "Video delay has exceeded 60 seconds. The stream is being automatically reinitialized."

I'm getting a FPS of 1 whether in a multicam view or single cam view. BI on the server showing typical CPU/MEMORY utilization for my system and no anomalies. I've restarted the service, no help.

When I switch UI3 to Javascript the notifications go away, FPS goes to 30, CPU and Memory hover around typical values. Switching back to HTML5, the problem resumes.

One of my cams (REOLINK) went offline after the update, but it's back online now. I disabled it for troubleshooting purposes, but ruled out any connection to the problem from this camera.

P.S. I just reverted back to last stable release 5.3.1.6 and the problem remains, so now I'm wondering if the problem is unrelated to the install of the latest release. It's hard for me to imagine it is not because everything was running like a fine-tuned race car just before I installed 5.3.2.6.

I am also experiencing that issue since installing 5.3.2.6 yesterday. I can only view streaming video in HDJPG mode. Have tried it on several browsers.
Rolled update back to BI 5.3.2.5 and back to normal again. Hope BI can fix this in a future update.

It’s a bug which has been reported. What’s strange is that normally reverting back to a previous release should get you back and working as reported by a few people on ipcamtalk.

Thank you for the updates guys. I'm relieved to know mine wasn't an isolated case.

On top of optimizing my BI config, I've been revamping my network with a new router and switches (isolating the cameras and BI server in a VLAN) and treading in some unfamiliar territory, so I was starting to worry about configuration issues, especially since my IPS firewall threw up a handful of alerts that weren't making sense.

Glad to report I've reverted back to Sep 03 release and all is well once again!

Takeaway: Don't make major configuration changes during a holiday weekend and expect to hear an answer from your support community until AFTER you've pulled out all of your hair!

Hi, I'm having the same issue. UI3 repeatedly shows that the video delay has exceeded 30 seconds and that the stream will automatically reinitialize. This happens equally on a wifi-connected tablet, as well as a 24-core threadripper connected via 10GB ethernet, all running off a 16-core BI server. Capacity, connectivity, speed, are not the issue. This all started with the update to BI 5.3.2.6.

Same issue here. High-speed internal network. Switched to the old GUI until this can be resolved.

I am also having this issue on two separate systems, reverting back to the 5.3.2.5 has solved the problem, I have turned off automatic updates until this issue is resolved.

Looks like I won't be updating BI5 this week.

I am also having the same issue. After bumping down to 5.3.2.5, the problem was fixed.
