BI Label on PC Screen

Post by mldenison »

Does anyone else get a BI label on their PC screen? What's it for and how do I get rid of it? See screenshot.

I Haven't experienced this, or, heard of this before.

I would suggest sending a message with the screenshot to BI Support.

I could be wrong but to ME that looks like one of those glitchy windows things where like you right clicked once and a context menu comes up but in wrong spot or won't go away. Generally for me it shouldn't survive a reboot or sometimes you can "jiggle" things just right to get it to go away.

Does this seem persistent for you?

It's there everytime I reboot/restart the NUC10. I also have BI running on a NUC8. It only happens on the NUC10 which has other Windows display problems. I think it's unsolvable until Intel releases a good video driver.
