Blank Screen - Remote Playback (NVidia)

Newly installed system
Intel Core i7-9700 24GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB
(12) 2IPBW8090 8MP IP PoE Bullet Cameras
Direct to Disk recording
initially set for: NVIDIA Hardware Acceleration
(system running dead head)

3 days after install, tried to check a specific recording for a client, only to see a blank screen. Major heart attack!!

Back onsite -- some quick changes to find out -- If NVIDIA is selected for Hardware Acceleration, playback only works on main and recording playback in UI3 or the cell phone app is Blank. However, changing to Intel+VPP resolves this issue.

Not sure if this is a minor bug or simply by design.

Not really a problem anymore, just sharing in case anyone else hits a similar snag and has heart failure. LOL

Have a system with 7 Foscam cameras overlooking farm roads etc, running for years and all working as expected... But sometime over the last few weeks/months or so?? one camera (the only one of an older model) apparently stopped being visible (just black screen) but only on any Ui3 clip or alert playback. And since the alert thumbnail and live view worked just fine it wasn't noticed until a deer ran by and someone wanted to replay the clip....

No reason that older camera, running only 720p, should suddenly need/have ANY hardware acceleration... darn "updates", always changing things

But your "fix" solved the "issue". Thanks again for posting.
