Running Blue Iris as Service issue

Hello,

I've followed the directions here after searching https://ipcamtalk.com/threads/blueiris- ... 212/page-2.

I've setup a user with permissions and have the service logon settings set with that user and the service running as that user. When i open the application now though on the pc , the cameras are not appearing. They are there but the All camera view is showing nothing. If I right click I can edit the properties though. I can't add a new camera either. It comes back if I remove it running as a service and the user i set up. I am saving everything to a nas.

I'm having this very same issue. Changing the service account results in my cameras being missing when I use the application as me.

Is this the same account that was used to install BI? And does the account have a password set? You can’t use an account with a blank password.
