(Solved) BI 5 App - Unable to connect on LTE

Hi all,

I've BI 5 server and I can't connect to my server on the BI App (Android) LTE but that works on LAN.
The port fowading work find, so I don't understant what going on.

Wireshark capture :

192.168.199.0/24 LAN camera
192.168.73.0/24 LAN Wifi

At each connection try on LTE that open a connections but without user.

Strangerly, when I connect on LAN and I switch to LTE, that continues work until I logout or exit the App

Add (23/09/22) : All browers (Opera, Chrome, Brave) load the login page but impossible to loging.

Android version 9
App BI5 version 3.0.39
BI5 Server version 5.6.0.9

I've sent the issue on support but no reply.

After lot of tests, I've solved my issue by force upgrade my Android phone 9 to 10, it's strange...

Not an Android user but the only time I’ve had something similar and assuming that everything else is correctly setup is when the app doesn’t have I mobile data access.

On IOS I had to go into Mobile Data, find the app and allow it access.

Crikey ! Does it mention which android versions are compatible anywhere ? Good result anyway :D
