Registration issues

I seem to be stuck on this one can someone give me some pointers. When I put in my BI 4 key it asks me if I want to put in my support key pressing no goes nowhere and the same if I press yes I get the second message in the images included. I sent an email to support around 3 days ago but have not heard back. After poking around I messed up and need to reactivate my BI 4 key for too many registrations.

Are you doing this on a BI4 or 5 system?

All is well. Turns out I had an additional v4 key laying around. I was using the support key with the wrong v4 key.
