I'm running Windows as admin.

When I click on Blueiris.exe to run as admin it still shows the lockout screen.

If it was an update, revert back to 5.7.9.1. It's working for me.

No upates for me, my subscription expired.... and as another user has already posted, I also do not have updates at this moment because I'm waiting before I buy a new upgrade subscription, but it still happened to me.

Same for me - just noticed it. Windows 11 Pro, no changes to settings...

Be more inclined to think it is windows update thing. I just checked 2 systems, one with latest BI version and the other running June 28. Rebooted, Windows 10 22H2, and all is OK.
Don't know.

Same for me - no updates, working fine yesterday - now blocked.

Same issue, Windows 10. I even reinstalled Windows, fully updated, same result w/ clean install....no other programs installed. This computer only runs cams, so no big deal reinstalling Windows, and it had been a while anyway.

BI- v5.3.2.11 (9/25/2020), subscription expired a year ago...so no update happened with the program.

GOOD NEWS is BI does work in Safe Mode w/ networking enabled, so that's how I'll run for now. I suspect a recent Windows update hosed this.

Hopefully they'll figure it out and release a fix soon.

Not only is my small home system affected, but also the main system at work that I'm responsible for! Hopefully BI HQ (!) can come up with a fix ASAP
