Issues trying to get DeepStack working with Blue Iris

Post by slogan87 »

Hi Everyone,

I have just jumped into the world of Blue Iris. So far I have been very impressed. I am however having issues getting Deepstack running. It says it is running in the general settings page, and I can go to its webserver (127.0.0.1:82), but I keep getting object not found in the log. It has yet to detect anything and the deepstack page does not populate anything. i have tried reducing the confidence level to 10% and currently have it set at 5 per second. My I frame and frame rate are the same. I have tried reinstalling both Blue Iris and also Deepstack (CPU) but am still struggling. Can anyone help?

Kind Regards,
Sam

Hey everyone,

I am still not having any luck. This was run through deepstack and came up with nothing with a confidence level set at 10%.

Kind Regards,
Sam

In BI Settings, on the AI tab, try High instead of Medium.

Thanks for that. I did try it for a while and still nothing. I am not getting any confidence amounts above any detection boxes which I finally managed to get working.

Try it with Default Object Detection box ticked.

Check all the Deepstack log entries, any clues there? Is there anything other than object not found? See if you can find stderr.txt and stdout.txt in the Deepstack program folder, that might give you some clues. I don't use the windows version so I don't know where they are located.
