disable single camera by command line

Is it possible to disable a single camera from the command line? I need to script it based on some outside factors.

You can definitely change profiles based on an http get request not sure about disabling but I'm guessing there is a possibility for it.

the request works, but I have to login first. i want something I can run from a command prompt. ultimately I want this to work with IFTT.
