Check user/password

I had to change my wifi password and my foscam camera needed to be reset to update. This camera with others have been used for years on B/I. After many tries B/I finally saw it to install it but on the camera window it says, check user/password. The camera does not have either and my other 3 cameras work fine. What is Check user/password for?

Hi, it depends what sort of reset you did to the camera. A power reset, or a reset to default settings.

An IP camera will have a user/password and you will have them set up in the BI settings for that camera. If your camera has been reset to default user/password, then you either need to change them in the camera gui to match the settings in BI, or change BI to match the default user/password.
