UI3 logging out

Hey all, has anyone noticed if UI3 is no longer acknowledging the "0 Idle Timeout" option? In the past I could leave the browser open all day and it wouldn't log out. Sometimes I'd forget to close it and it would stay open all night - but ultimately that was my fault and not a configuration/performance issue.

I can't say if it's tied immediately to 5.4.1.1 or just 5.4.x and newer but now my UI3 is still set to 0 yet after a few minutes (maybe 10?) it's logging out on it's own. Have not sent a support email yet but wanted to see if anyone else had it set to disabled logout and found it was logging out.

Naturally now it doesn't seem to be doing it. It's been almost an hour.

EDIT:: Nope, it did kick me back to the login screen.

I have mine set to 30 minutes, which still appears to be working. It's just long enough in between my checking.

Definitely OK here with two instances of BI5 running.

Just curious, what browser do you use for UI3?

I'm starting to wonder if the issue is with Chrome killing a background tab (not the one actively open/viewed). This wasn't an issue previously but I did try to monitor times a bit better on Friday and if UI3 was active it worked for at least an hour. If it was a tab other than the one I was using - it died after somewhere between 10-20 minutes.

I use Chrome on all pc's for UI3. Have you asked support ? They usually acknowledge if there is a known issue.

I sent an email in on Friday but haven't heard back. Not offended if I don't hear for this one but it does continue to SEEM to be related to a background tab. If I leave the UI3 page up and active, it doesn't seem to log out.
