Clip Playback in UI3 keeps jumping back to start of clip

Hi, can you confirm if this is with UI3 in Chrome. If so, some strange issues here too. Time for a support email looming

Doh ! You already said it is. I have now sent an email to support. I have noted this happening for a couple of weeks now (various recent versions of BI5), but forgot to send that email

OK, the gist of it here with UI3 in Chrome is:

1. I record 24/7 so have large clip files.
2. I see an Alert.
2. Click on it. You don't get that alert, you get the beginning of the clip which may be hours ago.
3. Click on it again, and it shows the correct time.

This is the same for all of my dual streaming H264 and H265 cams, but not the two old analogue SD cams, which BI5 re-encodes both as H264. All works normally from BI5 gui on server pc.

Not quite the same, but weird timing issues with UI3 and Chrome. Must be the same, need to find tin foil hat...

I have a response from support. This is a known issue and will be sorted by the 12th March 2021.

12th March and I believe it's sorted. V5.3.9.14 is out, and my Alerts and Clips are back to normal.
