latest version of the Android app from Google Play... 3.0.19.
Location services are turned ON, and, location services permission are enabled for the BI app.
Lat/Lon set in the BI console.

Still no Geofence.

I reverted back to 2.0.17. Geofence is working. I made no Android changes.

This new app is driving me crazy. So every since it updated I can no longer view my cameras on my Wan. Lan works perfect but the Wan will log in then will just spin then disconnect. None of my settings have changed, I know it's not my port forwarding or anything of that nature. This same server pc works perfectly fine on iPhone, this is an android issue. Anyone have any luck with fixing this so far? Aside from downgrading back to the older version.

I am also having the same issues.
Allowed everything to blue iris but still no geofence.
Reverting to older version works with out any adjustments.

I sent an email about the broken SSL support in the new app. No response yet.

I remember reading about that and imagine that could be a huge issue. I'm using Let's Encrypt certificates already so they're valid and current (and free).

I ran into the same problem. The only fix is to obtain a valid certificate. See my post below for details of how I obtained one:

That version seems to occupy 200 MB+ in the phone card memory. In contrast, IP Webcam occupies 60 MB, and TinyCam Monitor 80 MB performing similar function. What is the new BI version footprint? Why does it need such a big size, problematic on older phones with other apps installed?

When using a mobile phone cam for surveillance, is it possible to setup its cam main stream with full resolution, and a substream with low resolution for motion detection on a BI PC? Can it be done in BI Mobile app and how?
