Clips repeat when viewed with Safari

Clips repeat when viewed with Safari

My BI v 5 system is working fine when I view clips with my Windows PC. However, the wife uses a MacBook Pro and when she uses UI3 to view clips in Safari, they repeat. This happens about halfway through the playback progress bar on bottom of clip window. Any ideas what could be causing this?
