Cant remote connect with app

Hello I am new and need some help.
Few weeks ago I was able to veiw blue iris from my phone. I change phones and the app stop.
The router I am using is a verzion router.

This will involve a lot of network troubleshooting and more info.

What network is your phone on when testing this? Are you trying from the same network - presumably on wifi at home - or on your cellular carrier/remote network? What address is your phone app attempting to connect to? What is the local IP address of your BI server? Is it, and how is it, configured for external access?

**** I'm not necessarily asking you provide all the IP responses in this forum, in fact I'd recommend against it. Knowing WHICH network however would be helpful. Please do NOT post your verizon external address here ****
