Viewing older clips and alerts remotely.

I have a bunch of protected clips going back over the past year or two but when I log in on my tablet or phone I can only see the past 30 days. For me, the purpose of saving them is to show people when I am out and about so it's frustrating I can only show the past 30 days max. Hopefully some one knows a way to show older clips?

You must have something restricting you there. With my android device and the BI app, I can select the calendar and view Alerts from three months ago. I don't have any protected files to test though.

Just wondering if this is another sign of database damage. Can you view them from the BI5 pc ? Or UI3 on a pc on the same LAN ?

I can see them just fine on the computer running the web server. My mobile devices just won't show anything over 30 days although in the setup they should be able to.

Okay, never noticed the calendar thing before and that does allow me to view the older clips. Much appreciated.

So now I want a feature update, I would like to just go to the alerts screen and scroll through clips with images to get to the older ones, hard to memorize the dates of the ones I want.

I'm also having a hard time getting the calendar to appear. I have to log in to the First Camera Group to see it. Doesn't seem to show up at other default log in areas, also seems to be very slow loading compared to the alerts screen.

I have groups for All cameras/ Back and Front, and with each group I can see the calendar. I can also see it for all live camera views. I assume any delay when using the calendar to view videos is due to older clips being on a "Stored" drive rather than in the "New" folder on a fast drive, but I just tried a 1080p H265 feed from last August, and it loaded up quickly and just played. This is with a i7-8700k and a SSD for "New", and 18TB of surveillance hard drives.
