Re: Mobile Android app timestamps

In the BI Android App, go into Settings, then tap 'Use full date/time format' to turn it on.
The full date & Time will now appear in your alerts.

Re: Struggling with Deepstack AI alerts

I'm getting similar results.

You can see the DeepStack processes using cpu in Task Manager. But, like your situation, nothing seems to come back to BI. I'm also perplexed.

Re: Struggling with Deepstack AI alerts

Awesome. Thank you for that link. I'm having trouble also, but, then I haven't retested for a few weeks. I'll watch the link and retest. From the comments I've read... - reduce the 'min confidence' so you'll get more matches. Even though they will be wrong, you'll know it's working. - uncheck the 'H...

5.4.5.0 - Memory Leak? 5.4.4.8 & 5.4.5.1 okay

After just 4 hours of updating @ 6am, from 5.4.4.8 to 5.4.0, my BI desktop crashed. At 10am I could not login via UI3, and investigated. BI was not running and the desktop was at the login screen. Checking the logs I found... Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The followi...

Re: What if there is a trigger in another zone that later moves into your alert zone?

For zone crossing, zones must overlap, otherwise how can they cross zones. A few different ways to accomplish this. These are the methods I use. The preferred way... Have the 2 zones (A & B) separated from each other. That is, they are not touching or overlapping and have a gap between them. The...

Re: What if there is a trigger in another zone that later moves into your alert zone?

I do this exact situation for one of my cameras that face the street and driveway.

Define a Clone. Name it Driveway. You can also copy the settings from the original 'Master'.
This 'Driveway' Clone can be 'On Trigger'. Define the zone for the driveway only. Then alerts.

Re: Neub with trouble getting Ezviz camera running

Another thing to throw into the mix... (Maybe it's been mentioned) Does your public IP address change from time-to-time? This is your IP address from your internet provider. You can check this by opening any internet browser and typing 'What's My IP'. This IP address WILL change. Either from the ISP...

Re: Find locked file

For finding what's holding folder/files locked, I've used the following... - IObit Unlocker. I downlod from MajorGeeks... https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/iobit_unlocker.html - Microsoft Sysinternals Process Explorer... https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer

Re: WGMG - Stupid Reviews of products...

The WGMG comes from Peter Griffin on Family Guy. Yes, people do get some type of 'credit' on Amazon for posting reviews. But, they must be flagged as 'Helpful'. If you post enough, and they are found helpful, you could get offers of free products for an impartial review. People don't understand this...

Re: Swann 4K Thermal Sensing Spotlight Bullet IP Security Camera - NHD-887MSFB

The 'NHD-810 RSTP' is in the list of supported cameras/protocols.

This being NHD-887, not sure. You could send BI support a message about it.
