Re: Evaluation water mark now showing despite registered account

I know there have been multiple threads about the renewal of a license, etc yet this was the only one I could find at the moment. Anyway, for those that have already been through it - Did you see an option to NOT do an "Automatic Renewal" every 12 months? I don't mind paying the $29.95 sin...

Re: Unable to use phone to record clip

So I, as with what Tim said earlier, had never tried this. I do have the Android app version 2.0.71 (Pixel 3a XL - Android 10 w/ June 2020 patch) and as of today, BI server 5.2.9.18. So I decided to try and do what you said in my app. Note my cameras record 24x7, direct to disk, but I could see valu...

Re: Still no response from customer service

The email address sparkzter cited is also the address quoted in the BI5 console when you click "Email support".

The gmail address must have been something used long ago

Re: Newbie: install IP Camera on warehouse

Thats a bunch of questions that could be an hour (or more) long discussion. With that setup I think you'd be best served by setting up your Blue Iris machine at the warehouse, have all the cameras connect to it, and then monitor it remotely or wherever you like. 1. This is incredibly broad. Take the...

Re: Unable to use phone to record clip

Officially this is the official forum but officially no officials from BI actually monitor it (this is a user only forum in actuality). You may be better off contacting support at this point. (Blue Iris Settings -> Email Support)

Thank you so much! This was just enough to help me connect the dots. All working now.

Re: Did I do it or is it 5.2.9.15 ?

Interesting, I had never messed with that setting. I didn't have it enabled and I did play with a bit. It seems somewhat similar to the 'Limit decoding unless required' option which I actually think I prefer, but thank you for showing me another corner of the product! Ultimately I'm not concerned ab...

Re: Did I do it or is it 5.2.9.15 ?

Well reverting back to 15 fps (from the tested 20 fps) appears to have resolved the console refresh issue soooooooo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I am still wanting to do the substream for motion detection. Can anyone help walk me through that?

Did I do it or is it 5.2.9.15 ?

So I updated this morning to 5.2.9.15 but I've also been fiddling with camera settings. I am noticing today that my inactive camera previews in the console are not consistently updating like they used to. I do have it set to "Limit decoding unless required" which with the keyframes set to ...

Re: "New" Setup and CPU utilization question

I wish I could help. Mine aren't Lorex and from my (much shorter time spent) Googling, I came up dry too. It looks like they just want you to use their NVR - of course :) Perhaps someone else here has already run into this. While it won't help you at all , this is what mine looks like: Config.JPG
