Well guys...you are doing better than me...I can't get ANYTHING to work. Entry, exit yada, yada. Essentially it is jacked up and of no use. I sure wish someone (Ken??) from BI would chime in and spend time to get this great feature working.

Tim, THANKS for researching this issue. Once upon a time...quite a while back, geofencing on BI did work. Somewhere after an update it just failed and has not returned and I really miss that feature. Haven't seen this post. I made a topic and...anyway, has anyone else had problems with the geofence not working? I have BI 5.0.5.0 and the latest android app but the geofence has not worked for at least 6-9 months. Same phone, same BI and it did work but suddenly quit. I've tried every trick and set...

Running BI 5.0.4.8 and a Samsung s8 android...I cannot get the geofence to work. Location is on for BI in the phone and I've gone through everything in BI (i'm also a longtime user of BI...) but it will not switch to "away" when outside the geofence. It use to work...once upon a time...but...
