People do that with my RCA doorbell camera. It'll detect them and alert me, but half the time they're pressing on the IR sensor.

Yep, now 5.5.1.1 won't download. Just sits there at 0K/0K.

When I try to update to version 5.5.1.0, I see the message "Downloading update 0K/0K", and that's where it stays. Never actually downloads the update.

It's been doing this since yesterday even, after trying to start the update repeatedly.

Just a note- this issue went away with the latest update.
