Re: Can’t post so quick
Tell me more. I have no timed delay. I use a Windows pc with Chrome browser. When IAmATeaf first had this issue, Gennarose took off every posting restriction she could find but it didn't help IAmATeaf. Then we found IAmATeaf was using Tapatalk. I did a test last time making multiple test posts then...

Re: Minimize PC CPU usage
Ditch H.265 and stick with H.264. Adjust bit rate accordingly for your best quality to storage ratio. If you aren't already using the QuickSync GPU hardware acceleration on that 11400, give it a shot. You may be surprised. Once you get the main setup working a little more efficiently you'll automati...

Re: TP-Link Tapo Cameras
Happy to help. I just happen to be playing around with mine at the moment and discovered that my advice about not entering anything for rtsp and Find/Inspect doesn't seem to always provide results. And while Find/Inspect will initially work via port 80 and designate ONVIF port 8999, it doesn't auto-...

Re: TP-Link Tapo Cameras
The initial discovery port is determined by Blue Iris and is usually 80. The ONVIF 'device service port' is determined by the device and needs to be specified in place of the discovery port for the ONVIF stuff to work between end points. Try another Find/Inspect on one of the 110s using just the IP ...

Re: TP-Link Tapo Cameras
I bought a C110 to monitor the flue temp of my wood burning furnace after reading what sounded like crazy hype about em. Figured I couldn't go wrong for $17 on sale. I was (and still am) amazed. Best deal out there bar none -- except maybe some of the better Tapo models. They're ONVIF compliant for ...

Re: Camera's timestamp and BI timestamp don't match and progressively diverge
Proper time sync is important, not only between the cameras and the NVR, but between the NVR and Blue Iris.
Everything should be referencing the same time server with synchronization set for every twelve hours at absolute maximum.

Re: Looking for indoor camera suggestions
For the money, nothing else even comes close to a Tapo C-110, but it's wi-fi and will need power. Worth the hassle of getting power to it considering everything else it offers. If you already have CAT X to the location, just use adapters on one of the pairs and you're golden. If you're worried about...

Re: Random Cameras losing signal at random times, fustrating ongoing issue
It would help if you could condense the columns to expose all of them, particularly the No Signal column. If the cameras are dropping but the numbers don't show it, that points to other possibilities aside from lack of actual signal for the drops. There are a lot of mega pixels going on there. What ...
