Re: Recycle clips.
Another thing to consider is the size of your recycle bin and the size of the clip you are deleting.
I actually have the recycle bin disabled in the drives that clips are saved to as I’d rather use that space for clips.

Can’t post so quick
I still have this issue where I can’t reply to threads in quick succession. Mega annoying and on some occasions I’ve simply cancelled the reply and not bothered. I have asked about this before, I understand that it’s there to stop spammers but surely once you get past a certain post count it would/s...

Re: Never received the renewal key
With who or where did you renew? If it was via the my commerce site then I think you should be able to login and retrieve your license but don’t know to be honest.
Another option is contact support and they should be able to help if you give them the exact details.

Re: Stable releases

I now wait ages until I actually see a feature that I think I could use before even thinking about out updating. Right now though my support has expired so I’m sor...

Re: Ui3 concept question
Not 100% sure but as you can control access viewing of the cams using groups you’d need at worst 5 diff logins so that the groupings access and layout can be set up as you want.

Re: How to rename my Cameras with out messing up BI
Unless things have changed recently the short answer as far as I know is No unless you had manually set the recording path to not have or use the cam name. Ages ago I renamed a couple of cams and I did as below. 1) Stopped the BI so that it was no longer recording 2) Renamed the cam or cams 3) Find ...

Re: Crashing on 5.8.0.14
Try installing the latest stable version of BI. I know I could roll back to 5.7 but I'm moreso looking to see if there's an issue with this particular release, and if so, to have it fixed so others don't run into this issue. This system isn't mission critical. In that case you need to log a support...
