Re: BI 5.4 built-in DeepStack Integration

I had AI Tools running as a service but when I wanted to see what it saw I didn't bother stopping the service as starting it manually never seemed to start another and I could check what I wanted then close it again without affecting the system. However whenever I wanted to add a new camera or make ...

Re: Outdoor cams

That particular camera is a SD12200T-GN and can do 12v DC although I have all of mine powered via POE. I don't think they make that model anymore but most of their 2mp Starlight cameras should have the same night vision capabilities. I'd suggest searching Amazon for cameras sold by EmpireTech and lo...

Re: DeepStack

I was wondering how you were going to get it to run the image through DeepStack when you said you weren't using BI for the motion detection.

Re: Outdoor cams

I us mainly Dahua Starlight cameras outside and have no complaints, One has no IR and has great night vision, the others have IR but I can turn those off and they still see fine just a little less contrast. This is the one with no IR on the camera and the only IR in view is on the far left at the fr...

Re: Minor glitch

When I upgraded last I saw the connection lost message on one of my servers but not the other and they where running the same version. It didn't seem to want to continue the upgrade until I closed the dialog box like he reported in the other post.

Re: BI5 mobile with more than one BI5 server

It's easy to switch between by just tapping the home button on the iOS app and I think the power button on the Android app.

Re: BI 5.4 built-in DeepStack Integration

That was my initial thoughts as well, but if you go to the motion tab, you can have it detect motion based on regions. Just mask through there, and only the non-masked area triggers. In hindsight, this would have been the "proper" way even with AI Tools since it's not firing a bunch of im...

Re: DeepStack

I appreciate all the help and suggestions. This is making more sense as time goes on. The "netstat -a|findstr :82" is awsome. Thanks for that. Adding the 'n' options speeds things up a lot... "netstat -an|findstr :82" Also, the Nirsoft 'CurrPorts' utility is incredible. It lists...

Re: Issues now with new Comcast router

I agree the easiest thing to do would be to find where on the new router you configure the LAN IP subnet and switch it back to the subnet you originally where using so if it now show 192.168.20 and you used to use 192.168.30 change it to what you had been using. However when you do that all of your ...
