Re: Playback Snapshots...

Definitive answer to this question..... it depends on where the snapshot is taken. Taken from 'Live View' - Snapshot appears in the Clip List 'All Clips'. Taken from playback - A 'Save Snapshot' folder window will appear to save the snapshot on your hdd/ssd/nas drive. I received the answer from BI s...

Re: Recording Sub-Stream 24/7

I do not use sub streams. But, According to the latest 5.4.4.0 update, yes... 5.4.4 - April 27, 2021 When the triggered+continuous record mode is used with a dual-streaming camera along with direct-to-disc, the result is a BVR file which will contain the sub-stream continuously recorded, but the mai...

Re: Is it possible to have multiple cams in groups?

Of course, by using 'Groups'. 1. Go into each camera you want to be part of a group. 2. In the 'General' tab, next to 'Groups' click the 'Select' button. The reason I'm asking is that I've heard it mention in the BI manual of taking a snapshot during playback and putting it in the 'Clip...

Snapshots do not appear in Timeline

Are snapshots suppose to appear in the Timeline?

According to the manual, the Record tab option 'Include JPGs on All Clips and Timeline' would indicate that they are suppose to appear in the Timeline as well as the Clip List.

For me, Snapshots only appear in the Clip List.

Re: Newbie questions

On the second capture, it appears your not executing the update... but the full install - which will give you that message that BI is already installed. There is a few version way back that the updates did not work thru BI. Go to the BI website, Support/Updates, and download an run the latest update...

Can you post captures of the BI 'Clips and archiving', for the New folder and the destination folder?
