Re: Help - Hardware for 24 Cameras
I bought a NZXT Starter Pro to replace my aging desktop that was running BI @ 30-45%. Now, BI is running between 3% to 5.5%. 3060 Gpu is 2-3%. For testing, I've also had 3 virtual machines running (Windows 10, Windows 7, UBuntu), AND was playing SC2... with no issues at all. I... am... sooo... hap-h...

Re: Independent Trigger Zone Settings Feature Request
...cloning a camera is a work around for missing functionality :o I had suggested this way back. Since then, I've reconsidered. I disagree. Although zoning overrides could be add (like PTZ & Zone's), adding all the settings for zoning would be so complex that it could be too confusing where eve...

Re: Camera Key degrades over time
Just because you paid $ for these cameras does not mean you can/should run them at 100%. That's like expecting a Porcha to run 100mph on an L.A. freeway during rush hour. The camera is degrading either because of... - Bandwidth on the network. - To far away from router if WiFi. - WiFi channels in co...

Re: Low FPS after about 10 minutes
Defiantly.
Lots of updates/changes between those versions. You could try applying each version to identify the version that is causing the issue. Then you would have more info for BI support.

Re: Low FPS after about 10 minutes
Wifi or Wired? If Wifi, temporarily use a cable from the camera to your router/switch. Did that resolve the issue? If so, then it's a Wifi issue, and you can troubleshoot that. I had the same issue... a few cameras on the far end of the house, therre fps would drop as low as 1-2. I resolved by putti...

Re: Blue Iris 5 Can only either view cameras or view clips
In the clips window bar, on the far right, there is an 'More Items' icon...
This will open clips to fill the screen.
Click it again to return to the normal column view.

Re: Independent Trigger Zone Settings Feature Request
I agree with both points of view. Programmatically, the amount of effort to do this would be greater than the benifit & use-case end result. In other words... it's not worth the effort! Not only would each zone have different motion settings, but the trigger/alerts... would also have to be overr...

Re: Total Number of Users
Good question for BI support. Sounds good in theory.. but... - Each unit that wanted to participate would need a unique ID & Password. Managing this would be a nightmare... resetting forgotten/locked userid's, deleting old tenants, adding mew tenants. - You would need to increase the Webserver's...
