who here remembers the original 300 baud modems? Years ago I used to work for a reseller that sold ICL servers which came with a modem for tele service as they called it. If you had a problem then you could remote into the server in the hope that you could fix the issue, God they were slow but can’...

Is this the same account that was used to install BI? And does the account have a password set? You can’t use an account with a blank password.

I have all my clips saved to a “slower” drive and haven’t really noticed any real impact on speed of access. I do tend to mainly use the mobile app, as do the rest of the family and nobody including my tech savvy sons have ever complained of clips access being slow or sluggish.

You are allowed to to create more than one account so create a specific account for the user, tell them the password, don’t forget that you then still have control of the account so can disable or even change the password if you in the future want to deny them access.
