Re: BI has just randomly stopped recording

@Lethargus I’ve disabled that option for all my cams now but never had a problem until last week.

Over the weekend I updated the NIC drivers and down graded the vid card drivers to an even older version and since then I’ve not seen the issue come back, hoping that it’s fixed, for now.

BI has just randomly stopped recording

I've started getting this since yesterday. Nothing has changed on my system for weeks, noticed on Friday that BI hadn't recorded anything overnight, so logged in to check on Saturday morning and it just sort of started working. My son noticed yesterday afternoon that it wasn't recording, also this t...

[BUG?] Web Server is grabbing the wrong LAN address and doesn't change

There is a policy setting that might help which waits for the network stack to complete loading before presenting a logon screen, might help but it’s very unusual for the device to get an IP address so late?

Re: Camera overwriting past video sessions

Have you altered or played around with the name of the recording file? By default BI won’t overwrite the same file as each clip will be named uniquely but if you’ve altered the file name without understanding what you are doing then it’s possible that it will keep writing over the same clip file.

Re: Vehicle Detection

Is there a re-trigger setting in the cam? It could be that whilst it’s triggered it ignores all other movement?

IOS mobile app-can’t review older clips

Anybody else seeing this. Started happening recently, in the morning I always review clips but for the last few weeks I’ve noticed that I can only go back using the back button 2-3 clips before it then starts to just replay the same clip and sort of gets stuck. I can use the slider to go further bac...

Re: file size / split cut, etc

I set mine to a max of 1Gb, makes the clips more manageable especially if you need to make a backup of the clip with the video you are interested in.

Re: Elementary Question!

Not that I know of, that intelligence has to be part of the camera.

I’d log a support call detailing your findings, you may get back a reply with a workaround or maybe if acknowledged as a bug will soon be fixed in an update.
