Re: Amiccom ONVIF

Hi,

If it is a new camera to BI5, then support may be able to assist getting it working. You will need to send a support request email, together with the info from the BI5 settings "Email Support" button.

Re: AMD support

I can't see a problem here - see my signature. I build systems, and when I built my first Ryzen system, the previous Bulldozer AMD PC became the server. As I understand it, the AMD CPU's historically were not as power efficient as the Intel with Quicksysnc. Have a look in the PC configuration forum....

Re: add server camera

I don't have direct experience with that PC, but I do run two analogue cameras on BI5 via a Piccolo Pro 2 card. In BI5 settings, they are "USB, Firewire or analog", and in the selector box to the right of that, I can see all four inputs from the Piccolo card. Do you have anything in that b...

Re: Response time for paid support

Hi, I have an extended support plan, and have had virtually instant responses to my emails, even during the change from BI4 to BI5. Have you included the info from the BI5 settings "Email Support" button ? That should put your request at the top of the pile. It is possible that somebody at...

Re: Hard Drive Filling Up

Well there's some good information here, and I can't see anything wrong with your settings either. If the deletion and rebuilding of the folders for storage does work, that would hint at a database error. Is this a BI4 system updated to BI5 ? Mine is, and again, all is well here. One thing I have do...

Re: Would Blue Iris manage with my hardware?

Hi, have you tried BI5 as a trial ? I believe a 15 day trial is offered. Blue Iris has many ways of reducing CPU usage, and is able in some cases to use certain video cards as accelerators - but I don't think the trial version will let you use those. You can see from my signature the system and came...

Hi SpectrumVR,
This is mainly a user to user forum, so if you need BI to respond, you will need to email them directly.

Re: Hard Drive Filling Up

Hi kayfersmum, Error messages saying AddtoBIDBfailed 112. Please let me know if you need any further information to guide me through this very annoying problem. Please note that I am a BI user, not a member of support staff, you will need to forward this on to BI support  As for the error, th...
