It should not be rocket science to have the reply rate limited be linked to how long you have been a member.

Did you use the email template from your BI General Setting Screen that includes your support info (at least that was the preferred way a year or two ago).

So it can't seem to log in. The result should be the same regardless of which camera brand you use. This is just a generic query to the camera.

The first step would be to us the BI Camera settings page and do an "Inspect" after entering the camera url/user/pw.

Interestingly I heard that criminals are now brining wifi scramblers with them on thefts to thwart cameras and alarms that are wifi based.
