OK This is weird.. When I first installed BI5, the WEB SERVER tab was pointed at the BI4 dir... But it didn't work.. So I pointed the SERVER to the BI5 dir.. I just now reverted it to the BI4 dir and now the Web Server comes up fine.. Is it possible that there was no upgrade to the WEB SERVER in BI5...
