Re: Real-Time Email Photo Alerts are 20 Seconds Late

Re: Blank Video in Timeline and Clips Only in Blue Iris Windows App

Haven't got a clue, sorry.
Maybe something with recording dual streams? Uncheck that open to see it it resolves the issue.

Looks like a ticket for BI Support.

Re: Night Time motion detection

It's very important to check the 'Relative to Sunrise/Sunset' checkbox. This is what makes the magic happen. It will adjust the time of the command to the sunrise/sunset as it changes.

Re: Blank Video in Timeline and Clips Only in Blue Iris Windows App

Could you post screenshots of a cameras 'Records' tab, and, the 'Video file format and compression'?

Re: Night Time motion detection

So this begs the question(s): Why bother with the brightness/contrast modifications if they aren't assisting/enhancing the night time functionality of the critical features you are disabling in the first place? That was a bad choice of a camera. I should have posted a camera with profile 1 througho...

Group layout digital zoom

In version 5.8.8.3, there is a blurb about 'Group layout digital zoom'.
I'm curious about the 'use case' for this. There must be one.

Anyone?

Setting a Camera Event Schedule for Relative Sunrise/Sunset.

Here is how to setup Your Location for Relative Sunrise/Sunset in 'Events Schedule'. No need to have 2 Profiles Day & Night. I tried this years ago, and it was a nightmary. Changing Contrast/Brightness can be done in 1 Profile. If anyone can add/comment to this please do so. I'm not afraid of co...

Re: Night Time motion detection

That is the time I do not want the camera active. The video feed still shows, but the camera is idle not doing any Motion detection, AI, Alerting...

I do that for only 1 or two clones.
