Strange but maybe the cams have all reset to default? I’d unplug all the cams except 1 and then try get that cam on stream. If they have reset then you’ll need to find out what the default IP address is and then configure a laptop/desktop to be in the same subnetwork to try and see if you can contac...

It means the you either run the BI executable as an admin user or set BI up to run as a service where the service is set with the credentials of and admin user.

There’s an option in the camera config, something like interpret black and white picture as signal loss, not in front of my BI server so can’t check but look for it and disable it and see if it helps.

You should be able to install the latest and then run the update to regress it. Never tried doing this but the bulk of the updates consist of the main exe and UI3.

Can’t you just create a non admin Windows user account and then also create the same in BI. Then logon using the limited Windows account and then run BI using the non admin credentials? Have never tried the above so no idea if this would work but if it doesn’t the again using the limited Windows acc...

The message is actually telling you what the problems is. Within Clips and Archiving check the location for New, Stored etc they need to be set to their own top level folder so for example you can have D:\Clips\Stored and D:\Clips\New but you can’t have D:\Clips\Stored and D:\Clips\Stored\New
