I looked at IGMP on my switches, and noticed that BI was attached to a camera by multicast (regardless of the unicast address given for RTSP). First test was to move everybody to the same switch. I am also in the same boat.
I am missing 2 cameras (one being an RTSP encoder, the other an Amcrest IP3M-HX2W).
i installed VLC on my BI server to test. it can access both just fine using the same RTSP string in BI.
Tried restarting the server, no luck...
