Sorry! After more fooling around and even over-scaling to !50% in email alerts, I now believe the problem is related to MS Outlook. Although I have not found the exact solution, there a many threads on the net complaining about the problem in reverse in that they receive oversized image attachments....

I have the same problem with email image sizing. I can't open the attached image link above (dead link?) and changes under "Record" doesn't change anything. Thank you
