When I am using the Blue iris App on Android I keep getting the message "Blue Iris isn't responding" and the option to WAIT OR CLOSE. Neither option helps and eventually the app crashes. (it is downloading some data and can see a notification in the "Connections" tab in BI Statu...

I also am having this issue. What was the solution for the previous post? No solution as yet, still have the same issue. I can only use IOS app currently from devices other than my phone which is not ideal. Please contact support for assistance, if they solve you issue maybe they can solve mine, at...

These images are pretty much all I did to get it working (camera & BI settings), I think it had the latest firmware already.

I have just ordered one of these so will be trying to get it to work in BI soon using POE, I do NOT have a HS4 server so will be hoping we can still get some good functionality. The rest of our cameras are on a VLAN that has no access to the internet so we may be limited in what we can achieve, this...

Thanks, is there a procedure around somewhere that is a step by step process to follow for upgrading any BI components? I haven't been able to find anything. Preparation and Backup pre upgrade Do Upgrade Testing checklist post upgrade Back out steps post upgrade to roll back if testing unsuccessful

CPAI version update schedule?

Hi, for those using CPAI, just wondering how you manage updating/aligning your BI server CPAI versions. I am currently on CPAI v2.1.6-beta which is stable and has been running for the last 5 months or so, the current CPAI version is v2.1.11-beta, it looks like they may be on a monthly release cycle....
